Walking into the jewellery store, Ian knew a Christmas gift for Mickey couldn’t be any cheesy bullshit. Ian only just started pushing his luck on the romance stakes. Whatever he chose, he didn’t want Mickey to get the wrong idea and freak-out. He wanted it to have some meaning, though.
Standing in front of one of the glass cabinets, it was only a few moments before Ian spotted a ring. Normally that would be a no-go zone, but when he saw the inscription, his lips curled into a knowing smirk. For their first Christmas as a couple, it was perfect.
